  • I'm capable of feeling, familiar with regret

    I know when I act strong it becomes easy to forget

    You can't treat me like a monster when I'm not even a threat

    I'm sorry that I smile when you've made me upset.

     

  • hate when a guy you kinda like says he's not hot enough for a girl like you.

    what kind of joke is that.

    i've never even had a boyfriend.

  • beneath the make up and behind the smile,

    there's a different girl,

    and i promise you, she's not worth your while.

    treat her well and she's a little more free,

    but it doesn't take too long, 

    until you're left with the other me.

    Maybe if you stick around she'll discover

    What it means to love another, but

    until somebody shows her what it means to care, 

    she'll never have any love to share.
